Breakfasts


1. French Crepes:

My flat-mate had a friend from France visiting US last month, and she stayed with us for a week. Apart from her uber cool French accent, I loved how easily she made amazing crepes. She was kind enough to teach me, and below is what I made for myself today. The cooked apple and plums can be drizzled with honey and sugar if that's how you like it.


2. Spicy Indian pancakes:

The picture below is one of the most popular north Indian breakfasts. We call them "Cheelay". They are spicy depending on one's preference. I love the ones with fresh green chillies - just the right amount to make your senses tingle!
